Inventory and Dismantling Assistant Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with management of our inventory and dismantling operations in a fast paced work environment. Ensuring the department operates with safety as the number one priority is required. This candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, productive, and positive work environment ensuring employee retention.
The ability to successfully multi-task and prioritize your daily and team responsibilities is critical. Strong communication and relationship building skills is also instrumental in the success of this candidate. This individual must be self-motivated and carry the ability to pass that motivation on to their team.
Hours are Monday-Friday. No weekends!

Recycling operations consist of processing vehicles that have been considered a total loss through an insurance claim. Inventory and Dismantling Assistant Manager Position Requirements:
- Attention to Safety
- 5 years of automotive experience
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of technology
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Current, valid MN driver's license

Inventory and Dismantling Assistant Manager Job Duties:
- Follow and enforce all safety guidelines. Ensure the safety of all staff, working to always improve our safety culture.
- Train, support, motivate, and coach dismantling and inventory staff to ensure success and retention in their role.
- Ensure all dismantling and inventory staff are following proper procedures, training, and meeting performance requirements.
- Facilitate weekly inventory and dismantling department meetings.
- Management of drivetrain parts repairs, ensuring timely resolution to repairs.
- Management of core parts program and inventory.
- Management of remanufactured parts orders and inventory.
- Management of New Take-Off and Aftermarket parts inventory.
- Management of facility wide maintenance and fabrication.
- Present yourself in a professional manner working to create a positive work environment.
- Operate Forklift Safely. Properly train and test staff on forklift operation.
- Be a team player
