PAM’s Auto Warranty Information

• PAM’s Auto part warranties cover product failure due to defective materials, and we guarantee to replace or repair your defective item or refund your original purchase price.
• The entire warranty process will be handled by the same salesperson you purchased your part from, you won’t get shuffled off to the “claims” department that never returns your call. Our goal is to remedy all claims as fast as possible to get you back on the road.

Limited Warranty and Liability on Parts

• Our standard warranty covers all parts for 120 days.
• Some parts are sold with a longer warranty, and/or a warranty that pays for replacement labor. Your salesperson will discuss these options prior to taking your order. The back of your invoice will have the exact terms of your warranty.

What is not covered?

• Part accessories sent with the part for the convenience of installation.
• Parts applied to the wrong make, model, or year of vehicle for parts that PAM’s Auto does not specifically state are the correct match for your vehicle.
• Labor costs you incur for installation of parts you purchase from PAM’s Auto.
